Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced social media operator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence on social media platforms in the UK.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing media inquiries as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms in the UK (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Skilled in video shooting and editing, capable of creating high-quality video content, including on-camera appearances.
- Strong creativity and content planning skills to engage and retain followers.
- Must reside near Croydon.
- A responsible and detail-oriented work attitude with excellent time management skills.

Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
