We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store team and drive sales performance. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for customers while ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
Duties
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain inventory control, including stock management and ordering processes.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to sell effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage with customers and staff professionally.
- Ability to manage a team effectively while fostering motivation and collaboration among team members.
