T4 brixton are looking for a assistant Store Manager

The Store Manager will thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and strive to excel the store performance.

They will need to support the senior leadership team by running a smooth, efficient and actively running business in the following areas:

1. Operations Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bubble tea store.

· Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and well-maintained.

· Manage inventory and supplies, including tea leaves, boba, flavorings, and other ingredients.

· Schedule and supervise staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

2. Customer Service:

· Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.

· Train and motivate staff to provide friendly and efficient service.

· Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to address concerns or improve service.

3. Menu Management:

· Manage the menu offerings, including bubble tea flavors, toppings, and any food items.

· Ensure that all products are prepared and presented consistently and according to company standards.

4. Quality Control:

· Maintain the quality of bubble tea products, ensuring they are consistently prepared to company standards.

· Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.

· Implement quality control and food safety protocols.

5. Financial Management:

· Monitor sales

· Keep track of cash handling and financial transactions.

6. Staff Training and Development:

· Recruit, train, and evaluate employees.

· Develop and maintain a positive work environment.

· Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and perform their duties effectively.

7. Health and Safety Compliance:

· Ensure the store complies with all health and safety regulations and food service guidelines.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain equipment.

8. Inventory Management:

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and spoilage.

· Place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.

· Keep accurate records of inventory and track usage.

9. Administrative Tasks:

· Handle administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and reporting to upper management.

· Manage paperwork and documentation related to the store’s operations.

Being a store manager at a bubble tea store requires a combination of leadership, customer service, operational, and financial management skills. Effective communication, problem-solving, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience are also important for success in this role.

Salary: £25000 -27000 per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £39,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
