Job Title:
– Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement with the target audience. This role involves content creation, performance analysis, and interaction with followers to build a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
– Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
– Conduct competitive analysis and research to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices.
– Content Creation and Management:
– Produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
– Schedule and publish posts across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
– Community Engagement:
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
– Foster and grow the online community by encouraging interaction and responding to user feedback.
– Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Use analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns.
– Generate regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
– Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

– Work with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
– Partner with influencers and other brands to enhance social media reach.
– Staying Informed:
– Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications
– Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
– Demonstrated success in growing social media presence and engagement.
– Skills:
– Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
– Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with paid social media advertising.
– Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
– Experience with video production and editing.
– Certification in social media management or related fields.
Working Conditions:
– This is typically a full-time position.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £36,600.00 per year
