## Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver technology projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
## Duties
– Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
– Coordinate project resources and monitor progress
– Manage project documentation and reporting
– Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful project implementation
## Skills
– Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, TFS, and Kanban boards
– Strong leadership skills to guide project teams effectively
– Excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and team members
– Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
– Knowledge of release management processes
– Ability to work with Word processing software for documentation
