## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing and social media management, with a passion for driving market growth and brand awareness.
## Duties
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive company growth
- Managing daily Marketing operations
- Bringing in new business from existing and new clients.
- Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth.
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring that a company meets these.
- Managing risk assessments for new initiatives.
- Overseeing and developing cross-functional teams, Assisting with product planning.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with the audience
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts
- Monitor Google Analytics and Excel spreadsheets to track marketing performance
## Experience
### Required Skills:
– Proven experience in B2B marketing
– Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
– Knowledge of email marketing tools and IT systems
– Familiarity with Google Analytics for data analysis
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Experience in office-based marketing roles
– Proficiency in WordPress for website management
