Overview
We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Executive to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.
You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization. Responsibilities
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
– Identify new business opportunities and markets
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Conduct market research and analyse trends to drive sales
– Report sales activities on a daily and weekly basis
– Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
Qualifications
– Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Restaurant
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience using Salesforce
– Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
