Cater Homes, a reputable Construction Firm based in North East Scotland, is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication among team members.
**Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
– Utilise data analysis skills to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
– Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Manage content within Confluence and other content management systems.
– Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
– Oversee team management activities to ensure efficient collaboration and productivity.
– Utilise tools such as Smartsheet and Jira for project planning and tracking.
– Demonstrate leadership by motivating team members and resolving conflicts effectively.
**Skills:**
– Proficient in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
– Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
– Strong supervisory skills to oversee project teams effectively.
– Familiarity with content management systems for organizing project information.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
– Proficiency in using Smartsheet and Jira for project management purposes.
– Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and guide team members towards project success.
