Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
– Support team management by providing guidance and training to staff
– Assist with bartending duties and ensure quality service is provided to guests
– Help in kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and cooking
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the establishment
– Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Skills:
– Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment
– Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
– Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of beverage service
– Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and staff

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
