Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills and be proficient in QuickBooks. This role involves managing office procedures, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Duties:
– Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Handle basic HR duties such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff schedules
– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
– Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
– Lead and manage a team of administrative staff
– Supervise clerical tasks and provide support where necessary
– Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an office management role
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software
– Strong human resources knowledge
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to effectively manage a team
– Experience in supervising and delegating tasks
– Strong organisational skills to oversee office operations efficiently
