Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires proficiency in phone etiquette, data entry, and the ability to analyse customer needs to provide exceptional service.
Duties:
– Handle Enquiries
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
– Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat
– Analyse customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions
– Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
– Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Experience:
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Fluency in English is essential
– Strong phone etiquette skills
– Ability to upsell products or services
– Proficient in data entry and CRM software

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
