As a Marketing Administrator, you will be involved in B2B marketing initiatives, managing time-sensitive projects, utilizing IT tools, and contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.
Duties:
– Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
– Manage schedules and deadlines for marketing projects
– Utilize Adobe software for creating marketing materials
– Excel at email marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences
– Oversee social media management tasks to enhance brand presence
– Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating with team members
– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
– Prior experience in B2B marketing is preferred
– Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Familiarity with IT tools for data analysis and reporting
– Ability to use Adobe software for graphic design purposes
– Proficient in Excel for data organization and analysis
– Experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns
– Knowledge of social media management best practices
– Strong leadership skills to guide projects to completion
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
