Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team in overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and managing teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers on-site
– Allocate tasks and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
– Monitor the quality of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
– Provide guidance and support to team members
– Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
– Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used
– Implement health and safety procedures on-site
Experience:
– Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
– Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
– Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
– Health and Safety qualifications are desirable
