Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position based in our office in London.
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our computerised database
– Assist with order processing and invoicing
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
– Manage the sales team’s calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
– Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Assist with market research and competitor analysis
Experience:
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
– Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is highly desirable
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of fluency in English
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
