Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Provides information to customers on products and prices ; liaise with sales representatives and provide support by organizing deliveries and purchases for new customers ; help customers to place orders through social media platforms fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team ; prepares sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity ; handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant member of sales team carries out general sales and marketing administrative duties ; Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries .
Requirements:
– Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in IT systems and computer literacy
– Familiarity with computerized software systems for sales administration (e.g., CRM software)
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong customer service orientation
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
