Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
– Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
– Prepare sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and reports.
– Maintain and update customer databases.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
– Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
– Support the team in organizing sales events or promotional activities.
Qualifications:
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong administrative abilities to handle various office tasks efficiently.
– Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
– Proficiency in IT tools including computer literacy and ability to work with software applications.
– Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus.
– Familiarity with Outlook or similar email communication platforms.
