Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and supporting the team with various tasks.
Duties:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
– Type, format, and edit documents
– Computerize information for easy retrieval
– Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
– Assist in data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks for office operations
– Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
– Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks software
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred
