Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to our staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
– Manage and update databases and filing systems
– Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
– Support the HR department with various tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
– Knowledge of IT systems and office equipment
– Fluency in English is required;
