Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to our team. The candidate working as shop supervisor leader will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of shop sales and related personnel, establish and monitor work schedules to achieve sales targets, collaborate with management to resolve operational issues, assess and suggest staffing and other requirements to meet sales goals and provide necessary reports to management on shop team activities as needed.
Duties:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
– Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance
– Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
– Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role
– Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
