Office Administrator/Personal Assistant: Visa Sponsorship Available

We are a sofa manufacturing company and require a full time office assistant to join our fast growing business.

Hours will be between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional work time may be available upon request.

Your salary will be between £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on the hours worked

ALL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN

Your job role will involve the following:

  • Inputting sales orders onto sage line 50/ MS word / MS Excel
  • Place purchase orders and chase up overdue orders via email and telephone
  • Answer telephones and ensure all enquires are dealt with including customer enquiries
  • Reply to customer/supplier emails
  • Process invoices
  • Chase up customer debtors
  • Liaise with different production departments within the factory
  • Basic telephone sales to customers during an enquiry
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Accommodating visitors by offering drinks

You must require the following skills:

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Have a polite telephone manner
  • Must be good at multi-tasking
  • Being able to work under pressure
  • Ability to have basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft excel and creating basic spreadsheets etc. Also the ability to use basic office package
  • Will be a bonus if you have used sage before, but training will be given
  • Must be punctual and have intention of working long term as training is lengthily, we require a stable candidate that is willing to work for the long term.
