Our company mainly sources luxury goods from the UK and exports to Hong Kong, serving customers from Chinese-speaking countries.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our products and services are well presented to the right audience.

This position requires a passion for internet marketing (especially social media), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create contents across various social and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate requires experience in related industries such as jewelry, watches and luxury fashion, with a strong general knowledge of luxury goods and a good sense of social media trends.

The job requires both English and Chinese speaking skills and understanding the latest trends and culture in Chinese-speaking areas. It is essential to have education and living experience in both the UK and Chinese-speaking countries.

Job Summary
To coordinate and execute marketing activities for Imperial Grace Ltds products and services.

Duties

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and control of marketing campaigns
  • Supporting corporate branding and brand awareness
  • Maintaining marketing content and templates, updating policies, and handling document authentication
  • Updating the company’s social media and managing social media campaigns
  • Managing the company’s website and SEO optimization
  • Providing administrative support for company events and activities
  • Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events.
  • Plan and prepare application focused content specifically for publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, guides, brochures, newsletters and merchandise.
  • Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communications.
  • Organise and manage events and associated campaigns such as exhibitions, user groups, marketing events, workshops and conferences.
  • Support the GM and Sales team by coordinating, creating and collating content to support campaigns.
  • Execute marketing and event campaigns as defined by the GM.
  • Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools.
  • Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
  • Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.
  • Attend domestic and international trade fairs, satellite events, conferences and functions to promote products and services of our company as required.
  • Plan and implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals.
  • Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.
  • Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilised to communicate with customers.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position is preferred.
  • Essential to have marketing experience with social media platforms: Tiktok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Youtube, Twitter etc.
  • Strong proficiency in time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in copywriting with a creative flair for engaging audiences.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and WordPress for website management is essential.
  • Competence in using Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
