Role Overview:

As a Data Optimisation Associate, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data, maintaining spreadsheets, writing reports, and handling communication with clients and engineers. Your role also involves supporting process improvement, team collaboration, and presenting findings to drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and manage data in company systems
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking metrics
• Write reports and present findings based on data analysis
• Answer emails and make phone calls to clients and engineers
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint
• Collaborate with different departments to support operations
• Solve data-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Adapt to new tools and processes as required

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong report writing and data analysis abilities
• Excellent communication skills for emails and phone calls
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Attention to detail and ability to organize data effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £23,152.00 per year
