Join this innovative team based near Northampton, as an Application Support Analyst with strong Oracle & Flexcube experience. We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications and production support for their Core Banking products.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
- Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting.
- Flexcube, FCUBS and/or OBDX experience.
- Background in Financial Services or Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Core Banking applications within a Financial Services or Online Banking environment
- Manage batch cycles and transaction processing.
- Maintain detailed service support documentation.
- Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues.
