Job Description:

The tasks required by this post included advising existing and potential customers and receiving orders per their needs. Tasks required by this post included discussing customer requirements and advising them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold; quoting prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranging for delivery and installation of goods if appropriate; making follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders; stays abreast of advances in product/field and suggests possible improvements to product or service; maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
