What We Are Looking For
We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Executive to drive new opportunity creation and early-stage deal development across enterprise and strategic accounts.
You will work in close partnership with a Sales Director who leads late-stage execution and deal closure.
This role is ideal for Business Development Executives who excel at prospecting, executive engagement, and consultative discovery — and who enjoy building high-quality pipeline in sophisticated buying environments.
What You Will Work On
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new enterprise and strategic opportunities aligned with Persado’s ICP.
- Initiate and lead discovery conversations with senior marketing, digital, business line, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop a strong point of view on prospect priorities and shape opportunities around measurable business outcomes.
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and functions within target accounts.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development roles.
- Strong track record of generating qualified pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders in discovery-led conversations.
- Familiarity selling into one or more of the following industries:
- Banking, credit unions, and financial services (UK and Europe)
- Telecom, wireless, or subscription-based consumer businesses
- Airlines, travel, loyalty, or membership-based models
- Retail or large B2C brands with sophisticated CRM programs
- Consultative mindset with strong business acumen.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building opportunities from scratch.
- Resilient, curious, and commercially driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
