Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our team. The Client Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of office staff.
Responsibilities
-All client engagement and disengagement processing, including Customer Due Diligence files and compliance with legislation pertaining to Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Legislation
– Supervise and support office staff in their daily tasks
-Maintaining a client portfolio, including quoting, fee and statutory deadline management which shall be incorporated onto bespoke software which is currently being developed
– Maintain organised client records and files
– Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and concerns
– Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
– Implement human resources policies and procedures
– Monitor office operations to ensure smooth workflow
-Provision of PAYE services to all our clients-which shall involve all PAYE Processing and auto enrolment compliance
Skills
– Strong team management and supervisory skills
– Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
– Proficient in office procedures and phone etiquette
– Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff
– Experience in clerical and administrative tasks
– Knowledge of human resources practices for employee management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
