Job Overview
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Real Thai Kitchen who is bilingual in English and Thai languages both written and verbal.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Thai restaurant environment either in the UK or in Thailand. This role requires effective leadership, communication and team management skills to ensure smooth operations, high-quality food production, and outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage new staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members to maintain optimal service levels.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and excellence in menu offerings.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must speak fluent Thai and English to a high level along with written English and Thai.
• Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and staff development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is highly desirable.
