Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, changes, and communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33,400.00 per year
