Role Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, expand market presence, and drive global sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with proven sales success and leadership ability to make a significant impact with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Lead sales negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and support production planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
  • Represent the client at trade shows, exhibitions, and international events.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, setting KPIs and tracking performance.
  • Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Drive development of new growth opportunities and product expansion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • A second language (such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or German) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the waste management, engineering, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • Passionate, driven, and able to bring energy to the team.
