Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations and possess strong analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic logistics environment.
Duties:
– Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
– Manage shipping and receiving activities
– Work with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
– Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for efficient logistics operations
– Input and maintain accurate data in SyteLine system
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
– Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
– Previous experience in supply chain or logistics roles preferred
– Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
– Familiarity with SyteLine system is a plus
– Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
– Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
