As a Quality Assurance Technician for Mobile Phone Repair and Sales, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all mobile devices and electronics meet our company’s high-quality standards before they reach customers. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect, test, and verify the functionality and aesthetic quality of repaired and pre-owned mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
You will work closely with the repair and sales teams to identify any defects or issues, ensuring that all products are fully functional, free of defects, and ready for sale. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in diagnosing potential problems, documenting findings, and suggesting corrective actions to improve repair quality and reduce return rates.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will help maintain quality control processes and standards, keeping accurate records of inspections and tests. You will also assist in resolving customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of mobile phone repair processes, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our repair and sales operations.

Pay: £39,500.00-£42,600.00 per year
