Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology, enabling them to effectively support our IT infrastructure and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, ensuring that our IT solutions align with business objectives.

Job Roles:

• Collect, organize, and extract data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.) to ensure data is accurate and reliable.
• Clean and preprocess raw data by removing duplicates, handling missing values, and transforming it into a usable format for analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use statistical methods and tools (like Excel, SQL, R, or Python) to interpret data.
• Create and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop predictive models or perform forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Automate repetitive data tasks and suggest ways to streamline data collection and analysis processes.

Experience

• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical teams
• Technical certifications is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
