Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer at Razorpoint, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Apache Hive, Spark, Java, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of data.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions.
– Optimize data processes for performance and efficiency.
– Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
– Utilize tools like Apache Hive and Spark for big data processing.
– Work on server-side programming tasks using Java.
– Implement solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
– Analyze data to extract valuable insights for business decision-making.
Skills Required:
– Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
– Ability to analyze complex datasets and vaticinate trends.
– Experience with VBA for automation is a plus.
– Familiarity with Apache Hive, Spark, Server technologies.
– Knowledge of Big Data concepts and tools.
– Proficiency in Java programming language.
– Experience working with AWS services.
