Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations and Must have HGV-1 Driving License . This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze logistics data effectively.
Duties:
– Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate shipments
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with carriers and vendors
– Familiarity with AS400 for inventory management
– Oversee shipping and receiving processes
– Analyze logistics data to optimize supply chain efficiency
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
– Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for streamlined operations
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in transportation management systems
– Strong data entry skills
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
– Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
– Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
– Ability to analyze logistics data for decision-making
– Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholder
– Must have HGV-1 Driving license
