We are looking for a practical, patient, and experienced AI Automation Facilitator to join our growing trainer network and deliver hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence, AI automation, workflow design, productivity tools, and digital transformation.
The facilitator will be responsible for training learners who may have little to no prior experience in AI, automation, coding, or technical tools. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps and guide beginners confidently from the fundamentals to building practical AI-powered workflows.
The successful candidate should be comfortable delivering fully virtual, interactive training sessions and using practical demonstrations, exercises, and real-world business scenarios to help learners understand how AI and automation can be applied in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical virtual training sessions on AI, automation, workflow design, and digital productivity.- Introduce beginners to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and explain key concepts in a simple and accessible manner.
- Train learners on how to identify repetitive tasks and business processes that can be improved or automated using AI and automation tools.
- Teach learners how to use AI tools effectively for research, content creation, data processing, productivity, communication, and other workplace activities.
- Guide learners through the use of no-code and low-code automation platforms to create practical workflows.
- Demonstrate how different AI tools and business applications can be connected to create automated processes.
- Teach learners how to design, build, test, and troubleshoot simple AI-powered workflows.
- Introduce learners to concepts such as prompts, AI models, APIs, webhooks, integrations, triggers, actions, conditions, and workflow logic at a level appropriate for beginners.
- Provide step-by-step demonstrations and ensure learners understand each stage before progressing.
- Use real-world business scenarios and case studies to demonstrate practical applications of AI automation.
- Guide learners through hands-on projects and assignments that simulate real workplace automation challenges.
- Develop practical exercises that allow learners to build automations themselves rather than relying solely on theoretical instruction.
- Support learners as they complete practical projects and troubleshoot issues with their workflows.
- Provide constructive feedback on learners’ assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
- Monitor learner participation, progress, and understanding throughout the programme.
- Provide additional explanations or support to learners who may require help understanding technical concepts.
- Teach learners how to use AI responsibly, including considerations around accuracy, privacy, security, data protection, and human oversight.
- Introduce learners to AI agents, agentic AI, and automation agents, explaining their practical applications in simple and relatable terms.
- Demonstrate how AI-powered workflows and agents can be used to improve business operations, customer service, marketing, administration, recruitment, reporting, and productivity.
- Teach learners how to evaluate AI and automation tools and select the appropriate solution for a particular business problem.
- Encourage learners to think critically about when automation is appropriate and when human intervention is required.
- Create or contribute to the development of slides, lesson plans, practical exercises, project briefs, guides, and other learning resources.
- Continuously improve training materials based on learner feedback, performance, and changes in technology.
- Stay informed about emerging developments in AI, automation, AI agents, productivity tools, and workplace technologies.
- Collaborate with the RKY Careers team to ensure the training remains practical, current, and aligned with industry requirements.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive virtual learning environment where beginners feel comfortable asking questions and learning through trial and error.
- Ensure learners complete the programme with practical skills they can apply to real-world business and workplace scenarios.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI automation, workflow automation, and digital productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Notion, or similar tools.
- Experience building practical AI-powered workflows and automations for business or workplace use cases.
- Good understanding of workflow automation, business process improvement, and digital productivity.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic AI, or automation agents is highly desirable.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, triggers, actions, and system connectivity.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms and the ability to explain them to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, project management platforms, communication tools, productivity applications, or other business software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of generative AI tools.
- Experience designing AI-powered workflows for real-world business scenarios.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to simplify complex technical concepts for complete beginners.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, bootcamps, coaching, or online learning programmes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to provide patient, constructive, and practical support to learners.
Training and Facilitation Requirements
The ideal facilitator must be able to:
- Teach learners who have little or no previous experience with AI or automation.
- Start from the fundamentals and progressively introduce more advanced concepts.
- Explain technical terminology in simple, non-technical language.
- Demonstrate processes live and allow learners to follow along.
- Encourage participation and questions during virtual sessions.
- Manage learners with different levels of confidence and learning ability.
- Use practical examples rather than relying solely on theory.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where beginners can learn without feeling intimidated by technology.
- Deliver clear instructions and troubleshoot issues during live practical sessions.
- Assess learners based on their ability to apply what they have learned to practical scenarios.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is an advantage.
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.
- Certifications in relevant AI, automation, cloud, or technology platforms will be an added advantage.
- Experience in EdTech, corporate training, technical training, bootcamps, or professional development is desirable.
- Experience working with international teams or clients is an added advantage.
Essential Requirements for Virtual Delivery
This is a fully virtual training role, and applicants must have:
- A reliable and stable internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted live training sessions.
- A good-quality laptop/computercapable of running AI tools, automation platforms, virtual meeting software, browser-based applications, and other training tools simultaneously.
- A quiet and professional environment suitable for delivering live virtual training.
- A good-quality microphone/webcam and other equipment required for professional virtual delivery.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
- A backup internet option is an added advantage.
