Taking the first step

I was a tech novice and needed the professional skill that would reflect on my CV. Not knowing what to do or the steps to take was a huge dilemma.

The journey phase of the training

My journey began with a significant commitment- a 6-week intensive live classes training, which laid the foundation for the subsequent phases of the program.

I learned the theoretical aspect of project management for 3 weeks and business analysis for 3 weeks.

Then, I moved on to the live project phase, which is also the work experience phase. The work experience phase was for 2 months.

The training provided a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, frameworks and tools.

I learned how to define project scope, develop schedules, and communicate with stakeholders, among other skills I learned.

By the end of the bootcamp, I had learnt to deliver projects using in-demand frameworks such as waterfall and agile methodologies.
