Mustapha’s Journey to a Visa Sponsorship Job as a Project Coordinator – Success Story
Project management is one of the most in-demand fields with a high potential for visa sponsorship.
As Napoleon rightly said, “Great achievement is usually born of great sacrifice and is never the result of selfishness”. Mustapha understood this and he knew what he needed to do for him to be on the right track for him to land his desired job. He also knew that visa sponsorship jobs in the UK are highly sought after, but he didn’t let that discourage him.
Mustapha’s story is one with lots of lessons, especially for those seeking visa sponsorship jobs in the UK. Let’s get right into it.
Mustapha’s Journey to a Visa Sponsorship Job

Mustapha had been working in a care job for several years, but he felt it wasn’t his dream career. He wanted a job that was more challenging and rewarding and would grant him more time with his family.
Earlier this year, he found our Instagram page, drawn in by the numerous positive reviews. Seeing this, he decided to transition from his care job to a Visa Sponsorship Job that would meet his family’s needs and offer more time with them.
With a master’s degree in criminology, he boldly embarked on a new career path. Intrigued by project management, he attended our Free Career Workshop and contacted one of our consultants to ensure he made the right decision. Afterwards, he enrolled in the Project Management & Business Analysis Bootcamp.
Mustapha’s Experience During The Bootcamp
Mustapha was determined to improve himself and provide the best for his family.
Engaging fully in the Bootcamp, he honed his skills as a project manager and business analyst. He continued learning, building a network, and gaining practical experience in fields offering visa sponsorships. He knew readiness was key to seizing opportunities.
The Bootcamp equipped him with proficiency in sought-after tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Agile Scrum Methodologies. He also learned interview techniques and strategies for applying for visa sponsorship jobs in the UK during the Career Support sessions.
Mustapha’s expectations for the Bootcamp were not just met but surpassed.

How Mustapha Landed a Visa Sponsorship Job
Mustapha gained valuable experience through the Bootcamp’s capstone project, which involved working on a real-world project with different stakeholders, and even before he finished the Bootcamp, he started networking with Project Managers. His CV & LinkedIn were fully optimized to his target roles.
After completing the Bootcamp, Mustapha began applying for project management jobs; he was confident and enthusiastic about getting called up for interviews, having realized during the Bootcamp that his skills and experience were in high demand.
He got called up for several interviews, and for every interview he went for, he kept refining his Interview skills and going back to his LMS to watch the Pre-recorded Interview preparation session, to keep him in check.
Eventually, he got called by one of the companies he interviewed with to resume as a Project Coordinator with Visa sponsorship. Mustapha was so thrilled to accept the offer.
