Unsure of which steps to take or who to turn to, she desperately sought guidance on the courses that could boost her chances of snagging a remote job across the pond in the UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Months of searching led her to a beacon of hope: an influencer page advertising RKY Careers and their bootcamps \u2013 gateways to domestic and international job markets.<font color=\"#2d3748\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(247, 250, 252);\"> <\/span><\/font>With a flicker of hope rekindled, Ola knew she might have just found the compass she needed to navigate her career aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She boldly contacted RKY on<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rkycareers?igsh=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA==\"> Instagram <\/a>and conferred with us to determine which bootcamp she should attend. We even told her about all of the bootcamps that we do provide. She decided to comply with Bootcamp after obtaining the necessary information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ola felt ecstatic and eager on her path to becoming an AML Operations Associate. She received her welcome onboarding mail and other important information after enrolling, which she would need for the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-leveraging-on-our-e-learning-platform\">Leveraging on our E-Learning Platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Determined to soak up every morsel of knowledge, Ola religiously attended classes, treating it as a golden chance not to squander. She was all ears during lessons, peppering the facilitator with questions for future benefit. But Ola&#8217;s thirst for learning didn&#8217;t stop there. She devoured the LMS platform, devouring class recordings and training materials, even conquering the platform&#8217;s quizzes with gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/rkycareers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Blog-LMS-vs-eLearning-platform-720x300-1.webp\" alt=\"How Ola Landed a Fully Remote Role as an AML Operations Associate\" class=\"wp-image-8938\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rkycareers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Blog-LMS-vs-eLearning-platform-720x300-1.webp 720w, https:\/\/rkycareers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Blog-LMS-vs-eLearning-platform-720x300-1-300x125.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-next-steps-in-landing-an-aml-operations-associate-position\">The Next Steps in Landing an AML Operations Associate Position<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the bootcamp ended, we optimised Ola&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/rkycareers.com\/cv-review\/\">CV and LinkedIn<\/a> to showcase the experience she now has to become an AML Operations Associate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completing the bootcamp, Ola put herself out there by applying for jobs with her newly acquired CV and LinkedIn, eagerly hoping to secure interviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Ola kept applying to companies, she watched interview preparation sessions and recorded classes, which she uploaded to the LMS platform. With the numerous interviews, Ola desired to secure a remote role as an AML Operations Associate, but she kept believing the offer would land on her table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortly after, she was offered to work fully remotely with a UK-based company as their AML Operations Associate.
