She adapted and tackled these challenges as they came up, sharpening her problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After gaining this valuable experience, we moved to the career support stage and fine-tuned Bola’s CV and LinkedIn profile, guiding her through her job search journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The result\u2013 landing her first-ever tech role as a Project Manager with a leading Nigerian tech company.
