When we sat down with Faith, her quiet confidence spoke volumes. Clad in a soft navy blouse, she smiled warmly as she began to reflect on her career transformation\u2014a journey that took her from uncertainty to landing a <\/strong>Business Analyst role with the NHS.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“If you\u2019d told me a year ago I\u2019d be in this position, I wouldn\u2019t have believed you,”<\/em> she laughed. “I just knew I needed a change. I just didn\u2019t know how to start.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining the RKY Careers PM\/BA Bootcamp, Faith found herself in the same place many career-changers do\u2014feeling stuck. She\u2019d applied for roles in tech and analysis but kept hitting a wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I had the ambition, but I lacked the structure. I would tweak my CV, watch YouTube videos, but I was still missing something practical, something real-world. That\u2019s when I knew I needed guidance\u2014proper guidance.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faith discovered RKY Careers<\/a><\/strong> somewhat unexpectedly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A friend of mine shared a flyer on WhatsApp,”<\/em> she recalled. “At first I scrolled past. But later that night, I couldn\u2019t stop thinking about it. It mentioned project management, business analysis, hands-on training. It felt different\u2014more personal, more intentional.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sceptical yet curious, she decided to attend one of their discovery webinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“That session changed everything for me,”<\/em> she said. “They weren\u2019t just selling a course. They were offering a community, a path, a way forward. It was the first time I felt seen in a space like that.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faith enrolled in the PM & BA <\/strong>bootcamp, and from the first session, she knew she’d made the right call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They treated us like professionals from day one. There was no hand-holding, but there was care. That balance really worked for me.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faith’s Experience at the PM\/BA Bootcamp<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Faith\u2019s time at the bootcamp was transformational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It was intense, but in the best way,”<\/em> she explained. “We worked on real-life case studies, ran mock stakeholder meetings, created business requirement documents\u2014it wasn\u2019t just theory. It was preparation for the real world.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She spoke highly of the mentors and trainers, many of whom were professionals in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They didn\u2019t just teach us concepts. They shared stories from their careers, gave us feedback we could actually use, and reminded us of our value even when we doubted ourselves.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A turning point came during a live group task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We were analysing a process improvement case for a healthcare client, and I led the presentation. Afterward, one of the facilitator messaged me privately to say, \u2018You\u2019re ready. Don\u2019t forget that.\u2019 That stuck with me.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the time she completed the programme, Faith had not only gained hard skills but had grown into her professional identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I stopped second-guessing myself. I knew I had something to offer\u2014and the bootcamp helped me see that.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Landing the Business Analyst Role with the NHS <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Faith\u2019s job search after the bootcamp was markedly different from before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I applied with purpose this time,”<\/em> she said. “My CV was strong. My LinkedIn was optimised. I had mock interview practice. I was no longer guessing\u2014I had a game plan.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not long after, she was shortlisted for a Business Analyst role at the NHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I remember reading the email and just… sitting there. I couldn\u2019t believe it. Then I screamed!”<\/em> she laughed. “I immediately texted one of my mentors who helped me prep.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interview process was rigorous, but she went in feeling prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They asked real questions\u2014how I\u2019d gather requirements, how I\u2019d deal with conflicting stakeholders, what tools I\u2019d used. And all I could think was, \u2018Thank God I did that case study!\u2019”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A week later, the call came.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They said, \u2018We\u2019re pleased to offer you the role.\u2019 I just cried. I was holding my phone and crying.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, she\u2019s settled into her new role, thriving in the NHS environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Every day I see the value of what I learned. And every day, I\u2019m grateful I took that leap.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked what advice she would give to others considering the PM\/BA bootcamp, Faith didn\u2019t hesitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Don\u2019t overthink it. Just take the step,”<\/em> she said. “I know what it\u2019s like to doubt yourself, to feel behind, to wonder if it\u2019s too late. But it\u2019s not.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She emphasised the community aspect as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“At RKY Careers, you\u2019re not just another student. You\u2019re part of a tribe that wants to see you win. I still keep in touch with my cohort. We celebrate each other’s wins\u2014it\u2019s a special thing.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To anyone on the fence, she added:
“You can either keep hoping things change\u2026 or you can take action. I chose the latter. And now? I\u2019m a Business Analyst at the NHS. If I can do it, so can you.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now\u2014I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
