After several failed attempts, I quickly realised employers sought more than theoretical knowledge. My technical background was solid, but I lacked hands-on proficiency<\/a> in two essential tools widely used in the industry: MS Excel and Power BI. This became a significant barrier in my job search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
